Recipient Invitation

Overview

The Recipient Invitation feature is designed to streamline how you create new recipients you plan to send payments to.

Instead of collecting all the recipient’s details yourself, you can now invite them directly to input their own information. This reduces recipient onboarding time and improves data accuracy.

How It Works

  1. From your PayRecs dashboard, select “Invite Recipient.”

  2. Fill out the initial contact details form (see below).

  3. Submit the invitation.

  4. The recipient receives an email link to complete their profile.

  5. Once they complete their part, the recipient is fully onboarded and ready to receive payments.

What You Need to Provide

When sending an invitation, you (the sender) must complete these fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Mobile Phone (optional)

  • Recipient Type — Company or Individual

  • Company Name (if Company is selected)

  • Reason for invitation

This ensures the recipient gets a personalized invitation and the system can track the relationship and compliance requirements.

What the Recipient Has to Fill Out — and Why It Benefits You

Once the recipient receives the invitation, they must complete their own onboarding profile, which includes their identity, banking, and compliance information.

This benefits you by:

  • Reducing back-and-forth and errors from manual data collection

  • Ensuring data accuracy (they enter their own info directly)

  • Getting recipients ready to receive payments much faster

Access & Permissions

This feature is being rolled out gradually, and there will be rules around which users and roles can send invitations. If you don’t see the option, contact your administrator or support team.
