No Tracking Available

Swift GPI provides us the ability with end to end tracking so you're able to see every step your payment takes. Unfortunately not all Currencies/Countries provide this support. For those that have not adopted the Swift GPI tracking, we're only able to provide visibility on payments that have been released from our processor.

If a recipient has not received the funds we can still manually request information. The sending Financial Institution can request this with PayRecs Support.

  • Request MT103 (Swift Message). This request typically takes 2-3 business days, but can be longer depending on the internal processes of the banks involved.

    • Once this message is provided, the sender should forward this to the recipient. Their recipient can provide this to their bank to assist in tracking the payment from their end.

  • Payment Trace. A trace is a secondary option that we can place on a payment that has not been delivered when the Swift message did not provide a resolution. Traces are not always successful, again, depending on the banks involved in transmitting the payment, but it is another option to help in tracking down the status of a payment.
