Import Q2 Recipients to PayRecs
Recipients can be imported from Q2 into PayRecs, however, there are some things to note:
An international wire must have been sent to a recipient in online banking within the previous 18 months in order for the recipient to be imported. If the recipient was only created and never used for an international wire in online banking, the recipient will not be imported.
Q2 and PayRecs systems are not 1:1, so the information imported into PayRecs will need to be carefully reviewed. PayRecs' recipient templates may also require additional information that the previous system did not require in order to successfully submit the recipient for use.
Recipients can only be imported to the parent company, not subsidiaries.
There are 2 opportunities to import recipients. When you're initially onboarding the company there will be a check box to Import Recipients on the last page of the onboarding process. Check the box to import recipients when you submit the company.
If you forget to import them initially, you'll still have the ability to import them once the company is submitted. Navigate to the company under the "Companies" menu, select the "Recipients" submenu and select "Import Recipients" on the right side. You'll be prompted with the number of recipients imported and should then show a read-only list of the recipients imported.
