My PayRecs account is locked — how do I get back in?

Your PayRecs account will be automatically locked after repeated invalid login attempts. When this happens, you will receive an email from noreply@payrecsapp.com with the subject line "Your PayRecs account is now locked."
How to unlock your account
Account unlocks must be performed by the PayRecs Support team. To request an unlock, contact support at support@getpayrecs.com.
Important: Make sure you send your request to support@getpayrecs.com. Emails sent to other addresses (such as noreply@payrecsapp.com) are not monitored and will not be actioned.
Once the support team has unlocked your account, you will need to reset your password before you can log in again.
Resetting your password after your account is unlocked
Go to the PayRecs login page.
Click the "Forgot Password" link.
Follow the instructions to set a new password.
Log in with your new password.
