Updating Client Business Information

To update your client's information in PayRecs, we will require a support request to ensure our processor has the updated information for any outgoing wires. This is required for all types of clients, whether they are Subsidiaries or Parent companies. This process can take up to 1-3 business days as the processor is required to review the information.

Warning:

Sending wires prior to our processor updating this information can cause deliverability issues, as the client's information on the wire may no longer match the receiving bank's records.

In the request, please indicate which fields are being updated and provide the following information:

  • Business Name

  • Address

  • TaxId

The following changes made in Q2 will sync over to PayRecs, with TaxId being the exception. Our back office will need to manually update the TaxId

  • Business name

  • Address

Tip:

Changes may not reflect in PayRecs instantly, but should appear in the next 30 minutes. Otherwise you can manually pull the Q2 changes over using the sync from platform button:

** Subsidiaries will require our back office to update their information manually in PayRecs as we are unable to sync over subsidiary information from Q2.
