

Bank Admin User Permissions & Definitions
Select the permissions you'd like to enable for your admin user based on the actions associated with each permission.
Administrator Access
View Admin Users - View other bank staff users.
Manage Admin Users - Add and edit other bank staff users.
Customer Controls
View End User - View end user accounts associated with customer companies
Manage End User - View AND edit users associated with customer companies (limits, permissions)
View Customer - View the list of customer companies
Manage Customer - Add & edit customer companies' permissions and limits
Read-only Login to Sub-User Account - "Impersonate” end user access, but cannot create payments, recipients, or approve recipients/payments
Manage Self-Approval Permissions - Allows the user to enable self approving permissions for their customer's users.
Case Controls
Receive Case Created Notification - A notification will be released to your email indicating a Case has been created for a client.
Receive Case Resolved Notification - A notification will be released to your email indicating a Case has been resolved for a client.
Receive Daily Digest Email - Notification that will provide an overview of any unresolved cases for your clients.
Payment Controls
End User Payments
View - View end-user corporate payments in the Payments Hub
Approve - Approve end-user corporate payments in the Payments Hub
Approval Threshold - Any payment amount equal to or greater than this value will require approval by the Bank prior to the payments release. Requires support request with PayRecs to set this value. This is a global setting for all customers. Otherwise this can be set on a customer by customer basis by editing the specified company.
Back Office Payments
View - View back office payments in the Payments Hub
Create - Create back office payments in the Payments Hub
Approve - Approve back office payments in the Payments Hub
Approve High Value - Approve high value consumer payments in the Payments Hub
Approval Threshold - Any payment amount equal to or greater than this value will require approval by the Bank prior to the payments release. Requires support request with PayRecs to set this value. This is a global setting for all customers.
High Value Threshold - This adds an additional level of approval that may require escalated review due to the large amount being sent. Requires support request with PayRecs to set this value. This is a global setting for all customers.
Other
View Recipient Audit Log - The user can view the audit logs for all recipients
View Recipient Data/Reports - The user can view recipient data in the Data tab
